Terms of Service

The short version: you upload photos you have the right to use, we print exactly what you approve at the proof, and we ship it to the address you give us. Here is the rest in plain language.
Who you are dealing with
Airluums and airluums.com are operated by Neural Currents LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Airluums", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, to our Refund Policy, and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.
Who can order
You must be 18 or older to place an order, or do so with a parent or guardian's permission. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are allowed to use the payment method.
Your photos and words
You keep every right to the photos and text you upload. You give us a limited license to store, reproduce, resize, crop, and print them, and to show them back to you in a proof or a preview link, solely to make and deliver your order and to fix problems with it. That license ends when we delete your files. We will never use your photos in our marketing without your separate written permission.
By uploading, you promise that:
- You own the photos or have permission from whoever does, and permission from any recognizable people in them, to have them printed.
- Nothing you upload is illegal, infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, or contains sexual content involving minors, threats, or content meant to harass.
- You are responsible for the content of your product. We do not review photos for rights or taste, only for the ability to print them.
We may refuse or cancel any order that we believe breaks these rules, and we will refund it in full. If a third party makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded, you agree to cover the resulting costs.
The proof is the product
- Colors on paper differ slightly from a backlit screen. Dark, low-light concert photos print darker than they look on your phone.
- Low-resolution photos, screenshots, and heavy zooms may print soft. We print what you send.
- Product dimensions are nominal and may vary by a small amount through trimming.
- Each zine and sticker pack is made to order, one of one, and cannot be returned for a change of mind. See the Refund Policy for what we do if something is wrong.
Orders, prices, and payment
- Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.
- An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email. We can cancel an order before it prints if there is a pricing or stock error, a suspected fraud issue, or a content issue, and we will refund it in full.
- We may change prices and products at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
- Discount codes have the conditions stated when we gave them to you and cannot be applied after an order is placed.
Shipping and delivery
- Delivery times on the site are estimates for orders shipped within the United States, not guarantees. Printing takes a few days, then the carrier takes the rest.
- You are responsible for giving us a complete and correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us because of an address error we will reship it for the cost of postage.
- Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, the Refund Policy says what we do.
Preview and share links
A preview link lets anyone who has it see your layout. Share it only with people you want to see your photos. We may expire preview links after an order ships or after a period of inactivity.
Our content
The Airluums name, the site, its design, text, and software, and our product templates and layouts belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or resell them. Your product is yours to keep, give away, or post about; please tag us if you do.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and our products are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will be available without interruption or error. Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before anything formal, email us. Almost everything is fixed with a reprint or a refund. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when they were placed.
